VACANT STAGING
Our staging packages are offered on a 60-day term, unless otherwise negotiated at the beginning of the contract. The initial contract covers the initial home preview, staging, delivery, set-up, and unstaging (furniture removal). After the initial term, a monthly rental fee will be assessed.
Staging Process
- View home: Assessment of the home to determine staging needs.
- Provide Quote: We will provide a detailed quote with a break out of costs.
- Agreement signed: Once a signed agreement is received, you will be added to our calendar.
- Delivery & Set-up: Our team will arrive with the selected furniture & accessories and
stage your property. - Unstage: Notice of 7 days or more is requested prior to the home closing to schedule unstaging.
Vacant Stage Pricing
- You pay a one time contract fee for 60 days of staging (includes home preview, delivery, furniture rental, staging and unstaging). Our fee is based on the number of hours it will take to stage the home and the amount of furniture necessary for each room.
- After 60 days a rental fee will be assessed (35% of furniture rental fee + tax).
